beautiful hair claw is inspired by the poppy goddess figurines in minoan art, which were used as offerings in temples and sanctuaries. these stylized votives featured crowns of poppy seed pods, birds, and other flora and fauna. crafted from terracotta, these statues are thought to be symbols of sleep, healing, or perhaps manifestations of the goddesses presence on the worldly plain. this striking hair claw features mirrored designs meant to resemble a crown for an earthly goddess.  made from cellulose acetate approximately 4"  each hair claw is made of individually cut acetate pieces, which may cause some minor variation. each piece unique and one-of-a-kind!
