The only downside might be that you can't choose which flowers are included specifically. Give the stems a fresh cut, and place in cool water.  Remove wrapping to allow the blooms to open. Do not refrigerate. Here are our recommended quantities: Bridal Bouquet: 1 bouquet for a large bridal bouquet. Maids: Split 1 bouquet into 2 for a bridesmaid bouquet.  Centerpieces: 1/2 bouquet for a medium centerpiece, 1 bouquet for a large centerpiece.
