Grows to 36 inches tall and blooms early to late season and reblooms in zone 5 and up.                                                                                                                                Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio.
