Dough

Now you can make your own Petaluma Pie at home with the filling of your choice.  Choose between approximately a pound of dough, which can make a top and bottom crust for a 9" pie or a bottom crust rolled out in a 9" tin. Our dough is made with organic unbleached pastry flour, Straus organic butter, Spectrum organic Fair Trade Certified™ Rainforest Alliance Certified™ non-hydrogenated palm shortening, filtered water, vinegar and sea salt.
