Clear Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate (PC), commonly known as Lexan, is a versatile thermoplastic used in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.  This clear material has great thermal and stress properties, but is best known for its incredible impact resistance.  Polycarbonate is 250 times more impact resistant than glass and 30 times more than acrylic.  It also machines very well and can be cold formed.  Our cut to size material makes it easy for retail and wholesale customers to get exactly what you need without overpaying for unused material! Polycarbonate is specked in metric units and may be slightly thinner than the noted US Customary Units. Ask us about BR grade polycarbonate. Please note cut size tolerances are +/- 1/8".
