Monthly Membership for Minors

Month to month membership for 1 person age 15 - 17 years old.  Allows for unlimited access to the facility during operating hours. Upon membership completion you will be required to pay the prorated monthly membership fee & one-time $10 member setup fee. **The minor and a parent/legal guardian must come in to sign the agreement, waivers and consent form**  If you have a minor that is interested in signing up for this membership, please click the link below and complete the Minor Membership Interest Form. We will reach out via email to schedule a time for a parent/legal guardian and minor to come in and sign the required forms.
