DK Weight Yarn 100 grams     245 Yards    4-Ply 75% Superwash Merino Wool     25% Nylon Hand Dyed in Small Batches in our Studio Simply DK is a great basic DK yarn that is both sturdy and soft.  Simply DK is a 4-ply yarn which makes it nice and round.  It has great stitch definition and knits the most beautiful cables.  The nylon gives it strength but best of all, it is still a comfortable yarn because of the soft Merino wool.  One skein would make a warm squishy hat.  It is also the perfect yarn for sweaters.  I made my 1-year-old grandson a cabled sweater for his birthday.  It's nice for children because it is machine washable, too.
