After rediscovering a hidden gem and a lot of hard work, we were able to bring back our To The Moon as originally intended! Taste the awesome difference the freshly roasted peppers make in this already epic sauce! This is To The Moon as it was originally incarnated. We found an old notebook of recipes and the very first formulation of To The Moon was right there!  The main difference in this version of To The Moon is the use of freshly roasted red habaneros instead of using a mash, a higher garlic content, and a pinch more smoked ghost pepper to provide the rocket fuel. This formulation of To The Moon is very thick, smoky, garlic packed, and HOT. It's flavor is more akin to a Mexican Restaurant salsa than a hot sauce.
