Our chardonnay hails from a family-owned winery in California’s Central Valley. It’s aged in stainless steel, then finished in American oak barrels for the final 2 months of fermentation. The lead winemaker is a renowned figure in the wine world and also teaches yoga on the side. Tasting notes: lemon, peach, toasted oak. Pair with: roast chicken, garlicky clam pasta, downward dog. What’s in it: Chardonnay grapes, minimal added sulfites, yeast. What’s not in it: Animal products.
