The Swiftwater is very lightweight and packs into tight spaces, so it’s easy to stow in a backpack pocket or an upland hunting vest. The 2.5-layer shell fabric is made from 100% recycled 3.8-oz. ripstop nylon with a waterproof membrane laminated to its interior. The half-layer mesh grid printed on the interior protects the membrane from abrasion and wear. During active, high-exertion use, breathability is just as crucial as waterproofness, so the waterproof membrane is full of microscopic pores that allow vapors and heat to escape while blocking all water entry.
