Soyrizo breakfast burritos

this is a digital recipe for you to prepare in the comfort of your home!  I make this recipe once every couple weeks to prepare for busy mornings! Burritos can be stored in the fridge for 3-5 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months. To store in the freezer. wrap in aluminum foil tightly around each burrito, covering it completely. Place in resealable plastic bags in a single layer. Remove as much air as possible from the bags before sealing. Store in the freezer until ready to reheat.   *gluten-free option *substitute enchilada sauce or any nut-free cheese for allergies
