First published in 1965, Let’s Cook with Nora has been updated and kitchen-tested by Nora’s daughter, Nina Daza Puyat. For many chefs and home cooks in the 60s to the 80s, Nora Daza was the household name that inspired them to love cooking and pursue a culinary arts career. Back then, Let’s Cook with Nora was a common wedding gift to newly weds who were about to take on the responsibility of cooking for themselves.
