Tropical Chiroso - Limited Time Roast

This coffee comes to us from our good friends at Forest Coffee in Colombia. Sourced from two different farms, this coffee is a great example of what the Chiroso varietal can offer in terms of flavor. Both farms are located in the Urrao municipality of Antioquia. Both Farmers, Daniel Hernandez and Santiago Caro, are motivated to create quality coffee with an emphasis on sustainability. This is a washed coffee, with care taken at every stage of the processing. The resulting cup is clean and smooth. It has an excellent balance of body and mouthfeel on the one hand, and the tasting notes of tropical fruits, peach and pineapple on the other. Available in whole bean only.
