LSU Hollier Fig Tree

The LSU Hollier fig is a fantastic variety to come out of the LSU Breeding program.  It is a green fig with a deep amber pulp that is rumored to have one of the highest brix counts (sugar by volume) of any fig.  It does will in humid climates or rainy events like all LSU varieties.  The green skin has a nice change in hue when the fig ripens and is a mid ripening fig.  End of August / September.
