Wild Yam, Chinese, Spagyric Tincture
This Chinese Wild Yam Spagyric Tincture is made with the rhizome of the Chinese Wild Yam plant. Dioscorea opposita/Dioscorea oppositifolia is also known as cinnamon vine, Japanese mountain vine, or Korean yam. Our Spagyric Tinctures are made with Organic, Ecodynamic, or Wildharvested Biomass and Tinctured with Organic Cane Spirits as our Veg Mercury. Once the tincture was made, we add Spagyric Salt of Salt of the Vegetable Kingdom and digest until reactions have stopped. Historically, and in TCM (Shan Yao), Chinese Wild Yam has been used to nourish the Spleen qi, increase muscle weight, strengthen bone structure, reinforce Kidney jing, regulate metabolism, blood sugar, and cholesterol, moisturize skin, provide structure to connective tissue, promote longevity, tonify Heart qi deficiency, calm Heart shen, open the orifice to the Heart, enhance memory, help with phlegm, increase immunity, for menopausal women, weak digestion and/or malnutrition, lower back pain, erectile dysfunction, diarrhea, frequent urination, spermatorrhea, and leucorrhea. We make no claims as to the uses or efficacy of this product. There may be an enormous difference between what the herb has historically been used for and how any particular Spagyric Preparation of the herb can be used. We aim to begin using IDF Analysis to provide IDF data of the detected phytochemicals and uses of each of our items of Spagyric Pharmacopoeia. Purchases of this product help to fund this enormous research project. Reference Fruehauf, H. (2016).
