We add Whole Lemons and Limes with the juice to help with the smell and taste of the sea. Limes alkalizes the water, super charges the sea moss, cuts the smell, minimizes the taste, and helps the preservation of seamoss gel. Then the Sea moss is rinsed twice and soaked an additional hour. Our Sea Moss Gel doesn't have the strong smell and is rich with a great thick texture,packed full of vitamins and minerals.
