This all-natural, uncured boneless ham is marinated in a special herbal brine flavored with garlic inside and out. Hand-wrapped in butcher's twine, then cooked and naturally wood smoked. A rich, savory, smoky flavor with a lightly caramelized exterior. Whole is approximately 8 lbs. All natural. No sugar. No preservatives. No nitrites or nitrates added (except those naturally occurring in celery powder). Keep below 40°F at all times.
