Raspberry Mint Jam

(Texas Regional State Fair multiple ribbon winner)        Raspberries are not fans of the East Texas heat but who isn’t a fan of delicious red raspberries?  And who doesn’t love refreshing mint.  Combine these two for a real show stopper.  A piece of toast and a block of cream cheese are made incredibly better with this succulent jam.  This is my daughter, Emily’s favorite. ~ Picklin’ Parson
