Cupping Notes A complete coffee in that the complexity and sweetness levels find balance, and the finish comes to a point. Pleasant and rounded on the palate, the sweetness is aromatic, even floral, alluding to butterscotch candy and fresh sugarcane juice. It has pleasant, fruited brightness too, and as you move through the cooling cup you're rewarded with notes of baking spice, and caramel-vanilla sweetness, subtle fruited accents of stone fruit and apple, and Earl Grey tea. My favorite roasts were on the lighter side, City/City+, but Full City still packs hefty sweetness ala burned toffee and a bittersweet flavor of cheap dark chocolates. An overall fantastic brewed coffee. Roast Recommendations City with an Enhanced Candies profile Processing Wet Process VarietalBourbon Grade & Appearance A1; .2 d/300gr, 15+ Screen
