Spiced Pear Brandied Raisin Pie

This pie has winter cocktail vibes! Sweet pears get mixed with raisins that we have soaked in Brandy and a hint of cardamom. A heady combination that is flavorful and decadent. Sweet, fragrant and dying for a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a fork!  Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
