Strawberry Blueberry Galette with Blueberry Crust

All the berries are packed into this galette. Pretty in blue crust, redolent with freeze dried blueberries, and a sweet strawberries with a few blueberries inside. Decadent and too pretty to eat....well, almost too pretty! Galette serves 4-5 people.     Ingredients: strawberries, Blueberries, organic dehydrated blueberries, flour, butter, sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, salt, lemon juice, egg.
