Lyson Cappings Extruder 100kg/hr

Use the Lyson Stainless Steel Cappings Extruder to help you compress wet cappings while allowing honey through.   Forged of stainless steel, this state of the art wax capping extruder is designed to take wet mix cappings and separate filtered honey from dry, compressed wax cappings. Its simple-to-use design features an on/off switch to power operation while a variable speed dial allows you to finetune the rotation of a speed screw, and ultimately the rate of extrusion. Caster wheels enable easy movement of the device and its compact size thrives in an array of spaces. Extruders are rated by the weight of wet cappings (honey plus wax) that can be processed per hour. This machine is able to process 100 kg or 220 lb. per hour.     Note: The Lyson extruder works best with knife-style uncappers and can be added to many machines either directly, or through modification.
