Our truck had to traverse a 4 foot deep creek to reach the destination, revealing why a 4x4 rental was "highly recommended". Mario arrived close behind us on a motorcycle, and showed us around while we munched on freshly-picked carrots, sugar cane, and fruits. We also admired his ox-pulled plow, hand-dug well, and hundreds of awaiting coffee plants! We procured this delightful coffee at $4.93/pound, and sell it to you roasted for $22.50 (300g). This price guarantees a better life for the workers, as well as enables us to reinvest in these farmers for future harvests.
