TANAGER by Morgan Fisher is an original fine art painting. Oil stick and acrylic painting on canvas.  These original oil stick paintings were all created 'freehand'; the oil sticks were applied directly with hands/fingers.  No brushes nor tools/instruments are used to apply the medium. This is one of the most beautiful sounds from a songbird. Even with the most vibrant reds and oranges, the males are always hard to find, due to size and secrecy; one is fortunate to catch a glimpse of this special bird.  When a tanager is spotted or heard, one should pause and listen and watch for as long as possible.
