Microdermabrasion Crystals

These are aluminum oxide crystals used in professional microdermabrasion machines & tools that would be used at a derm’s office or spa treatments.  It’s ALUMINUM OXIDE not aluminum. Aluminum oxide is described as Aluminum oxide or aluminum oxide is a chemical compound of aluminium and oxygen with the chemical formula Al₂O₃. It is the most commonly occurring of several aluminium oxides, and specifically identified as aluminium(III) oxide. (wickapedia)  Because of its abrasive texture, many use these crystals to exfoliate and resurface the skin-particularly with Microdermabrasion.  Aluminum Oxide does not penetrate the skin. Both the FDA and BDIH regard it as safe to use for cosmetic purposes.  Suggested uses: as an addition to your favorite cleanser or in clay mask.  They are very easy to use  simply add a small amount to the palm of your hand (along with a cleanser; suggested to be added to one of my cream cleansers)  Gently scrubs skin, use a upwards circular motion. Remove by spl
