Eighth of Beef: Ribeye - 2.5 lbs.  New York - 2 lbs. Tenderloin - 1 lbs. Sirloin - 2 lbs. Chuck Steak - 1 lbs. Fajita Meat - 3 lbs. Kabob Meat - 2 lbs. Ground Beef - 25 lbs.* Korean Style Short Ribs - 2 lbs. Customizable: Mix and match between cuts listed below: Chuck Roast - 2 lbs. Rump Roast 2 lbs. Brisket 1.5 lbs.  Osso Bucco - 2 lbs. Stew Meat - 2 lbs. All weights are approximate and may fluctuate slightly. *Beyond the deposit, prices are for cash.  *Up to 50% of Ground Beef can be substituted for Ancestral Blend Ground Beef.   This is a deposit towards the total cost of $550.
