Sixteenth Beef Package Information: 100% Montana beef 25 pounds Grass-fed Grass-finished No hormones or antibiotics. Local delivery Remaining balance will be paid via *cash* upon delivery. Sixteenth of Beef:  Ribeye - 1.5 lbs.  New York - 1 lbs. Tenderloin - .5 lbs. Sirloin - 1.5 lbs. Chuck Steak - 1 lbs. Fajita Meat - 2 lbs. Kabob Meat - 1 lbs. Ground Beef - 11 lbs.* Korean Style Short Ribs - 1.5 lbs. Customizable: Mix and match between cuts listed below: Chuck Roast - 2 lbs. Osso Bucco - 1.5 lbs. Stew Meat - 1 lbs. All weights are approximate and may fluctuate slightly. *Beyond the deposit, remaining prices are for cash only. * Up to 50% of Ground Beef can be substituted for Ancestral Blend Ground Beef. This is a deposit towards the total cost of $280. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred. All Whole/Half/Quarter/Eighth/Sixteenths will be butchered in the fall.
