Trimmed with frills at the neck and cuffs this hand-smocked dress is made from soft cotton with a soft pink floral print.. The bodice is intricately hand-embroidered with a scalloped design. Traditionally styled with puff sleeves and a gathered skirt, fully lined with a button closure.   Matching bloomers to cover the diaper. 100% cotton. Machine wash with similar colors.
