Rooibos

Pronounced "ROYBOS", in Afrikaans, the name means "Red Bush" and is picked from the Aspalathus linearis bush plant found in South Africa. This traditional caffeine free, herbal South African drink has a mild, aromatic, slightly citrus sweetness. It is said to have the ability to cure headaches, insomnia, asthma, eczema, bone weakness, hypertension, allergies, and premature aging. Enjoy hot or cold over ice with a dash of honey.  To prepare: Steep 1 tsp per 8oz cup of water in 200F for 4-5mins
