EndGrain's 3-Part Complete Care System is specially formulated to ensure the top condition and longevity of your wood cutting board. Made from all natural, food-safe ingredients, use regularly according to label instructions to ensure your board is clean and at peak performance. 1. Clean your board on both sides with EndGrain Soap and hot water, then dry thoroughly after each use. 2. At least once monthly, apply a generous amount of EndGrain Oil with aquality applicator. Allow to penetrate for 1-2 hours, then wipe off excess. 3. Also monthly, apply EndGrain Wax directly to wood surface with a quality applicator. Allow to penetrate and harden (20-30 min), then buff off excess. EndGrain Cutting Block Soap is designed to thoroughly clean wood surfaces, killing foodborne bacteria without the use of harmful chemicals.
