When you are focused racing, you sweat...at any temperature.  Your helmet soaks that sweat up, causing fogging issues, sweat in the eyes, and creates a breeding ground for mildew. With both heated and unheated settings, the helmet dryer is able to dry the inside of a helmet in just a few minutes.
