Gungnir The Fiver Barbell

The Fiver short bar is a compact and versatile bar designed for a wide range of exercises. Aptly named for its five foot length, it can be thought of as a cross between an Olympic bar and a curl bar, making it ideal for both push and pull exercises. The compact length of the bar makes it ideal for tight gym spaces – and it fits perfectly under the PIVOT Bed when not in use.With Gungnir's special electroless nickel coating and a 28mm stainless steel shaft, this bar is sure to help you get the most out of your workout. This barbell comes with single knurl markings, no centre knurl and a medium knurl for great grip and comfort. Please note, though, that this barbell is *not* rackable. It is simply too short for the collars to fit outside the rack's uprights. If you'd like a rackable bar, we recommend the AllRounder 15 which is still considerably shorter than a full-size bar.
