Both are designed to fit 18-inch dolls such as American Girl®. The Heart Warmer is made in one piece (no seams!) and is surrounded by fringe. The two front pieces cross over your doll's heart, being true to its name! The Snood is similar to a hair net worn at the back of the head to keep long hair in place. Both of these pieces were quite popular in the 1800s, but they've been worn in other centuries as well, making them a good choice for most of your historical dresses.
