1850's Girls Dress 14.5" Doll Clothes Pattern
Make your own pretty 1850's style dress for 14.5" WellieWishers™ dolls with this Keepers Dolly Duds sewing pattern. The dress features two design options: View A Bodice: A trimmed edged vest overlay that extends down over the top of the skirting. Add a single ribbon bow to connect the two vest pieces at center front. View B Bodice: Double front trimmed edge panels, overlayed on top of the basic bodice front. This design looks great with a bow accent or without. Both Variations: Short sleeves were typical early 1850's fashion for young girls and this pattern provides an option for either single or double-layered sleeves. The gown features double skirting with an over-skirt that has a trimmed scalloped shaped hemline. Lace, bias, or piping can be used as edging.
