Alivia Dress 18" Doll Clothes Pattern
This little dress, by Jelly Bean Soup Designs, was made for a sweet little girl named Alivia. It features a bodice that opens in front that has a sewn-on placket. Placket could be made of a contrast or the same fabric as the dress. Trim it with lace or jute as shown on the western look dress. Shoulders feature a sweet ruffle that is attached above the short sleeve. The skirt is shown as being pieced from several coordinating fabrics. However, it can be made from a solid piece of fabric. This little dress has a ton of possibilities. Recommended Fabrics: Cotton, Baby Corduroy, old Blue Jeans, etc. The top could be made from cotton or a scrap from an old pair of blue jeans.
