Slipper Socks 18" Doll Clothes Pattern

Slipper Socks are perfect for spending the day inside lounging around. These slippers are designed with a soft sole and broad cuff around the ankle. You can use ribbing or fleece to create the cuff. Two lengths are included. The shorter slipper does not get folded over and the longer version gets folded down over the ankle. These slipper socks are easy and also quick to sew. Use fabric with light stretch like a fleece or fun fur. This PDF sewing pattern is designed to fit 18 inch dolls such as American Girl doll. Since these are not form fitting shoes, they will fit dolls with feet that are similar in size to the standard 18” doll. Recommended Fabrics:  Fabric that has a light stretch. This it needed for a good fit around the ankles.  Fabric Options — Fleece and thin fun fur. Super stretchy fabrics like crushed velvet and Minky can also be used but may require more skill.
