Ikon ITG-24E Features: Operates on 208V/240V service, 50/60Hz, delivering 3kW at 208V and 4kW at 240V for each 12-section of the griddle. Each 12-section has its independent temperature control, ensuring even cooking of various products simultaneously. Temperature controlled by snap action thermostats ranging from 150°F (66°C) up to 450°F (232°C). Equipped with one grease drawer on 12”, 24”, 36” models, and two grease drawers on 48” models for convenient maintenance. Hardwire to an appropriate electrical connection for seamless operation. Stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and ease of cleaning. Supplied with 4” (102 mm) legs that are adjustable up to 1.375” (35 mm) for flexible setup. Clearance of 1” on the sides and 1” at the back, allowing installation against a wall. 1” plate thickness, ensuring robust construction.
