Gas control knob every 12” for precise temperature management. All stainless steel cabinet with double wall insulated sides for durability. Width options: 24”, 36”, 48”, & 60” to suit various kitchen setups. “Cool-to-the-touch” front stainless steel edge enhances safety. Back and side splash guards fully welded to the griddle plate. Flue located on the back of the unit for ample ventilation. Adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet for stability.
