This is our take on the Japanese staple: made with our pork bone broth, which we simmer for many with kombu, lemongrass, ginger and scallions. We season the broth with gluten-free soy sauce, and then add our own braised pork shanks, organic carrots and scallions, and rice noodles. This is a gluten-free product but it does contain soy.
