About the Artist: Rebecca Strzelec (hint: rhymes with relic) is a Distinguished Professor of Visual Arts and Program Coordinator of the Visual Art Studies degree program at Penn State University, Altoona College. Strzelec co-directs Penn State Altoona’s Center for Additive Manufacturing and Printing (The CAMP). Her work is included in the permanent collection of the Museum of Arts and Design, Fuller Craft Museum, and Racine Art Museum as well as the private collection of Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. Her creative process exists in the spaces where craft, sculpture, engineering, and design fuse and blend.
