Black Magic Lacinato (Dinosaur) Heirloom Kale Seeds

65 Days—This Lacinato or "dinosaur" type of kale is highly uniform during full-size production. Black Magic is a well-maintained selection of Toscano kale with long, narrow leaves for attractive and tall, straight bunches. Dark blue-green leaves with beautiful savoy. However, in many regions, kale is best grown in autumn, when temperatures are cooler. Kale tastes better when the leaves mature in cold weather. Normal Packet: 40+ Seeds Ideal soil temperatures for seeding and transplanting are 55 F to 77 F. Sow your seeds ¼-½ inch deep and about 8-10 inches apart. Cover them up with soil and water the area where you planted seeds well.
