90-120 days—White Swan Echinacea This pretty white coneflower is a real showstopper in Southern gardens. It grows about 2-3 feet tall and blooms from summer to fall, with big daisy-like flowers that have white petals and golden centers. Butterflies and bees love it! White Swan is tough as nails once it gets going. It can handle our hot summers and doesn't need much water. Deer usually leave it alone too, which is always a plus. You can use the flowers in bouquets or dry them for decorations. Some folks even make tea from echinacea to help with colds.
