Shipping Insurance

Heat Packs are included with every order, however, when you purchase shipping insurance, your plants will be covered 100% with either a replacement or refund. We will insulate your package during the winter months to help during the cold months. Winter Plant Shipping Protection Includes:- Multi-Day Heat Pack(s)*- Cold Weather Protection Guarantee - If your order arrives with cold damage when the shipping protection is added to your order, we will either send you a new replacement or issue a full refund. If you choose not to purchase the shipping insurance, your plants will not be able to get a refund or replacement. There are risks with shipping plants and you (the buyer) take on that responsibility, so we highly recommend shipping insurance.
