4" Hoya Kerrii, Variegated

Hoya Kerri starts out just a little heart or two, then shows its personality as it grows out in gawky, awkward angles and elbows as its stiff vines reach out for just everything. Some stems will reach out quite a long way without a single leaf, then add them in later. Those distinctly heart shaped leaves are thick and resilient, with a medium green, soft and smooth, satiny surface. Variegated Kerrii has a lovely vanilla color added to the palette. Some leaves can appear totally cream colored. Many Hoyas, including this one, will slow their growth dramatically in winter months, then resume their vigorous spreading in the spring. Many bouquets of sweet smelling blooms reward the owner of a more mature plant. People just love this sweetheart!
