Meyer Lemon in Large Ceramic Pot
Improved Meyer Lemon Citrus meyeriThis dwarf Meyer Lemon is a wonderful citrus that can produce a bountiful harvest of lemons year round. Typically staying 3-4’ tall, it is an excellent choice for indoor growing or can be set outside when temperatures warm. In spring, summer and fall it will thrive outdoors in a warm sunny location. In the winter bring it inside when nighttime temperatures dip into the 40s. The flowers are amazingly fragrant and will perfume the house with a jasmine scent, and the lemons are juicy and will be mostly seedless. Fertilize monthly with an organic citrus fertilizer from April through September or year round if growing inside under lights. Wait till soil just approaches dryness before watering and do not let sit in standing water. Additionally, a high humidity environment is preferred.
