To sprout, soak the seeds for 8-12 hours and, rinse the seeds and drain them. Add them to a sprouting jar, smooth them out, add water then change out the water about 2-3 times a day for 4-5 days until they sprout, after which they will be ready for consumption. Can be stored in a fridge for 3-4 days. These seeds are for the 2025 growing season.
