Yellow Bellflower Apple aka Bishop’s Pippin (Malus domestica) is a delicious crisp, tender, juicy, aromatic light lemon- yellow fruit. It is excellent for fresh eating, pie or sauce. Vigorous tree is productive of medium to large fruit that ripens late and keeps well. Widely planted throughout northern CA by the early settlers, it originated in Burlington, NJ sometime before 1806.
