Glutathione Separopore® 4B-CL

Applications: Reduced glutathione is covalently linked Separopore® 4B for use in affinity purification of glutathione-S-transferase (GST) and GST-fused proteins. Glutathione Separopore® Super Flow (SF) is used for protein purification by batch/column and scale-up procedures. Glutathione Separopore® Super Flow (SF) has an exellent protein binding capacity. The good flow properties of the 92 μm (average size) highly crosslinked Separopore® matrix makes an excellent choice for protein purification by column purification or batch process for scale-up. This product provides a one step purification method and permits rapid, mild and highly selective purifications of proteins containing glutathione binding sequences.
