Smoked Turkey Breast

Our 7-9 lbs. average turkey breast will make a savory addition to your special family get-together or holiday. Serve cold or warm. Cooking instructions enclosed. If instructions are lost view below: Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 300º F. Remove from package. Place about 1/4 inch of water in bottom of roaster and place turkey breast into roaster. Covered or not, it is your preference. Covered will provide a moist finish when done, uncovered will give you a crispy finish to your turkey breast. Place your roaster into the oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. When time is up use oven mitts to remove roaster from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before carving. Enjoy!
