Classic Gougères

We make this traditional Burgundy region savory treat with Comté (an aged cheese from the Jura Mountains reminiscent of Gruyère), organic eggs, organic wheat flour, and organic butter. Those bite-sized cheese puffs are a great appetizer and pair nicely with a Chardonnay, an IPA, or a light red. Don't feel like having them all right now? Freeze them, and later reheat them at 375°F for a few minutes. Approximately thirty (30) or sixty (60) gougères, depending on option. Net weight:approx. 30 gougères: 6.7 oz.
